John Menzel, J.D. defends people charged with drunk driving and related offenses in New Jersey. John Menzel, J.D., has concentrated his practice in drunk driving defense since 1988.

John Menzel, J.D., has, among other things,

q tried thousands of drunk driving cases

q appeared in municipal courts in all of New Jersey's 21 counties

q argued appeals before the New Jersey Superior Court's Law and Appellate Divisions and New Jersey Supreme Court

q prepared writs of habeas corpus in Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey and Federal Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit

q received intensive training from the National Association for DUI Defense at summer sessions every year since 1998 and winter session 2003

q received training for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and International Association of Chiefs on Police DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing

John Menzel, J.D., teaches law at Ocean County College and has spoken about drunk driving laws for bar associations and civic groups.
